Refund policy

 

We DO accept returns for the products you have purchased here at BulkActivewear LTD . however, we do NOT offer refunds on membership products or items that have been drop shipped.

To arrange return please contact us on instagram @bulkactivewear. We ask that you meet the following requirements to successfully complete your return. Please ensure the following;

  • The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods. Where an item has tags attached, please ensure these are attached and undamaged upon return.

  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you don't comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all, and any goods returned to us.

  • Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return items purchased from us claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and contact you for your replacement via the details you have provided to resolve the issue and promptly process your exchange accordingly. If we do not have the replacement item in stock, then we will proceed to offer a refund.

  • All refunds will be reimbursed to you through the same method of which you used to purchase the goods.

 

Refunds may take up to 7 working days upon return to be issued and processed to your account.
